Reserved seating is here

Draw a seat map, either by tracing your floor plan or starting from a template, and let buyers pick their exact seats at checkout. Seats are held while they pay, a full refund frees them up again, and you can release a seat yourself unless its ticket was scanned. Reserved seating is being turned on for organizers gradually.

Filter your events by status

On the Events page, filter by Published, Draft or Live within Upcoming and Past.

A clearer notifications panel

Notifications are grouped by category with easier-to-read cards, and you're notified when an event is published, not when you save a draft.

Seats on Apple Wallet passes

Reserved-seat tickets in Apple Wallet show the section, row and seat number.

Smaller fixes

Reports, Sales Detail and your events list load faster.
Promoter commissions are now calculated on the ticket price only, not fees or donations.
Each order in Sales Detail shows the card used and links to its details.
Buttons across TixFix have a consistent new look.
