Reserved seating is here

Draw a seat map, either by tracing your floor plan or starting from a template, and let buyers pick their exact seats at checkout. Seats are held while they pay, a full refund frees them up again, and you can release a seat yourself unless its ticket was scanned. Reserved seating is being turned on for organizers gradually.

Your public event page has a new layout, with a clearer ticket card, organizer and share cards, a sponsor strip and a venue map. The "from" price now shows your lowest ticket price.

Checkout has been redesigned to match your event page, with a simpler card layout, a full-width buy button, and an order total that stays visible on phones.

Choose which custom form questions to show at the door. When you scan a ticket, you see those answers for the person holding it, and anything you didn't flag stays private. Tickets for a different event are now rejected at scan.
